  • Description*

    Why NuMedica MultiMedica?

MultiMedica is not the only possible supplement you could purchase that would give you good nutritional supplementation. However, it is the best multivitamin we have found on the market. Thousands of clients agree with us; many vow never to go without it again. It's special because it combines the best of traditional vitamins with herbs, fruit and root extracts, and minerals that have been specially formulated for maximum absorption. This is our staff's go-to multivitamin- need another endorsement?

Why No One Needs A Multi-Vitamin: Two Kinds of Individuals

People who devote their lives to intentional living, low stress, clean eating, and hormonal balance generally do just fine without a multivitamin. What do I mean?

    • If you eat a completely clean diet (no GMOs, organic, freshly picked, good soil, etc...), you probably do not need a multivitamin.
    • If you know your hormones are balanced and you eat a clean diet, you could skip the multis.
    • If you have your stress under control and are exercising regularly.
    • If you want to buy a grocery store brand vitamin with no backing of its potency and purity, you should probably skip the multivitamin. You don't know what you're getting, and your money would be better balanced by buying healthy, organic foods.

    Why Everyone Needs MultiMedica

    • Most people do not eat perfectly. The drive-through happens, and so do sodas. You need something to help your body process the oxidative stress this puts on your system. MultiMedica helps these detoxification pathways.
    • Environmental toxicity is high- this challenges our detox systems.
    • Nutrients are the spark plugs of our detox systems. That means no good nutrition or way for your body to eliminate toxins.
    • The very workings of every cell of your body rely on vitamins and minerals.
    • If you don't eat organic, nutrients are reduced, even if you eat "whole foods."
    • Processed foods are without phytonutrients. These are chemicals found in plants, and they stimulate human cell regeneration as well as detoxification. They are often named after plants they are found in (pumpkin seed extract, for example).

NuMedica Multimedica is designed to provide multivitamin support and a range of minerals and nutrients to complement women's and men's unique health needs.

    Benefits of Multimedica

NuMedica Multimedica can provide women with the vitamins and nutrients they need, particularly during times of stress-and when are weeks entirely stress free? Chronic stress can deplete a woman's physical resources, cause adrenal fatigue, and lead to other serious health problems if not successfully combated. Multimedica is designed, therefore, to provide the body with the nutritional stores it needs to repair and rejuvenate the body. This supplement's ingredients also offer antioxidant support and support for healthy bones and thyroid function.

MultiMedica Provides Hormonal Support and Antioxidant Protection

Our hormones shift with age but also throughout the month. Nutrition, like the vitamins and nutrients within NuMedica Multimedica, helps restore hormonal balance quickly. Stress can also cause the adrenal glands and hormones to become unbalanced. Taking a natural supplement can support your adrenal system to ward off adrenal fatigue, typically caused by chronic stress, more effectively.

    Stress, Your Body and MultiMedica

Stress affects people differently, but chronic stress isn't good for anyone. People who suffer from stress can experience both physical and mental issues. While such issues may be medicated, it is good to know that many may be warded off through vitamins, minerals, and nutrients such as those contained in natural supplements like Multimedica.

    • Multimedica combines the best of traditional vitamins with herbs, fruit and root extracts, and minerals that have been specially formulated for maximum absorption.
    • This is our staff's go-to multivitamin- need another endorsement?
    • Helps balance hormones
    • Supports healthy bones
    • Enhances thyroid function

Vitamin A (85% [8,500 IU] retinyl palmitate, 15% [1,500 IU] natural mixed carotenoids) (10,000 IU)
    Vitamin A

A nutrient that the body needs in small amounts to function and stay healthy. Vitamin A helps in vision, bone growth, reproduction, growth of epithelium (cells that line the internal and external surfaces of the body), and fighting infections. It is fat-soluble (can dissolve in fats and oils). Vitamin A is found in liver, egg yolks, and whole milk dairy products from animals and in fish oils. It can also be made in the body from a substance found in some fruits and vegetables, such as cantaloupes, carrots, spinach, and sweet potatoes. Vitamin A is being studied in the prevention and treatment of some types of cancer. Also called retinol.

Vitamin C (as potassium ascorbate, magnesium ascorbate, calcium ascorbate, zinc ascorbate)
    Vitamin C

Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is a water-soluble nutrient found in some foods. In the body, it acts as an antioxidant, helping to protect cells from the damage caused by free radicals. Free radicals are compounds formed when our bodies convert the food we eat into energy. People are also exposed to free radicals in the environment from cigarette smoke, air pollution, and ultraviolet light from the sun.

Vitamin D is a nutrient you need for good health. It helps your body absorb calcium, one of the main building blocks for strong bones. Together with calcium, vitamin D helps protect you from developing osteoporosis, a disease that thins and weakens the bones and makes them more likely to break. Your body needs vitamin D for other functions too. Your muscles need it to move, and your nerves need it to carry messages between your brain and your body. Your immune system needs vitamin D to fight off invading bacteria and viruses.

    Vitamin E

Vitamin E is a nutrient that's important to vision, reproduction, and the health of your blood, brain and skin. Vitamin E also has antioxidant properties. Antioxidants are substances that might protect your cells against the effects of free radicals - molecules produced when your body breaks down food or is exposed to tobacco smoke and radiation. Free radicals might play a role in heart disease, cancer and other diseases. If you take vitamin E for its antioxidant properties, keep in mind that the supplement might not offer the same benefits as naturally occurring antioxidants in food.

I am a 60 year old male and very active. I eat healthy but was still missing something in my diet, as I had severe leg cramps. This began about five years ago and at that time I started taking Multimedica for Men. I'm still taking it to this day as the help from this product is significant.

I used to use Truehope supplements but I don't like dealing with their company and the doctor who taught me how to use nutritional therapy supplements also showed me Numedica and other companies so I get my base multivitamin from Numedica instead of getting the EMPowerplus.

Should I take MultiMedica Women by itself or get the Foundation Essentials which looks like it also includes the MultiMedica?

NuMedica's Foundation Essentials for Women includes three other supplements besides MultiMedica in the daily packet: OsteoMedica, Omega 600 USP EC & CoQ-Clear 100 that provide additional support for bone health, cardiovascular health, and detoxification support.
