Drinking too much is easy to do for some, especially if you regularly attend events with alcohol.

If you don't want to suffer the long-term consequences of drinking too much alcohol, minimize your exposure to it. Long-term problems caused by alcohol include fatty liver and an increased risk of heart disease and stroke.
