Every Goal Needs a Tool
Do you have a weight loss goal? How are you planning for it? Without a plan, you will almost certainly fail.

We often received queries on the website about how to best approach weight loss. It's at the forefront of many people's minds as they consider slimming down and wanting to live a healthier, more productive life. Sadly, most people will let that goal go, unless they plan and take action.
You don't go out and build a dream home with nothing but a hammer, some finishing nails, and a yard stick- to build a serious house, you need serious tools. The same is true of weight loss, or any other goal you have set: You must have the right tools in your tool box in order to achieve your goals. So, I'm going to recommend some tools for you this morning from our website, that I hope will help you on your journey to wellness:
- Serious (over 20 lbs weight loss goal): I'd recommend the hc3 Lifestyle Program by NuMedica. This is a homeopathic (hormone free) weight loss system that actually resets the hypothalamus section in the brain using the special hc3 Trim Active Complex Drops as well as vitamins and minerals. It's a low-calorie diet with little to no hunger, and weight loss of 0.5-2 lbs of weight loss per day for 30 days. This is then followed up by Phase 2, the Metabolic Reset Program also by NuMedica. More rounds of weight loss can be completed until the desired effect is achieved.
- Moderate (up to 15 lbs weight loss goal): I'd recommend our Eliminator Packs for Weight Loss. These value-oriented packs contain proven NuMedica supplements that help in the weight loss process, and contain everything your body will need to start shedding pounds. I'd also recommend adding the optional Meal Replacement Protein drinks which include NuMedica Total Vegan Protein or SlimFit Protein with several great-tasting flavors to choose from.
I hope this inspires you to think seriously about your health. Obesity and even moderate weight issues can lead to diabetes, heart disease, and many other illnesses that could be prevented. You've only got one body, so take care of it!

Libby Wright, mother of four who homeschools, is an original founder of SupplementRelief.com in 2010. She suffered through challenging diseases including Interstitial Cystitis, Graves and Lyme. After years of little progress with traditional medicine, she pursued integrative medicine, applied what she learned, and got healthier. She became passionate about wanting others to experience the same "relief" she had come to know, and SupplementRelief.com was born. She is now managing her illness with a lot of prayer, a lot of nutrition/supplements, and a little prescription medicine. She has been able to resume her normal life and, while there is no cure for her particular conditions, she is able to cope, enjoy every day, and encourage others.
