Brandy's Progress: Weeks 1 and 2

Starting Weight: 243.2 pounds. Current Weight: 238.4 pounds.

That's a total of 5.6 pounds, even with having to go off of the diet for a few days due to a family emergency. Way to go Brandy!!!

Brandy's Thoughts:

TUESDAY: Today I am really frustrated and want to stress eat so badly! I am doing much better at controlling myself than I would have before. At least I am thinking about things now! Before this diet, I would have given up by now, and just written myself off as a failure, since I "fell off the wagon". However, this time I am patting myself on the back, because even though I have had some lapses in judgment, I know I am improving psychologically, which will prove very valuable in my weight loss journey. I am taking it one day at a time and refuse to beat myself up if I make a mistake.

Consistency!! (today I put mint in my coffee and didn't even think about the fact that mint is off limits ~ oops! But rather than throwing away the whole day I just kept on going).

WEDNESDAY: Doing much better today! I have decided that I need to plan out my meals for several days at a time. That way, if another unexpected hospital stay occurs, I will at least be more prepared for it. I am over the "hangover" phase now and chugging away at my gallon of water per day.

On hc3 Trim, it's important to drink at least 1 oz of water per day for every half pound you weigh. For example, if you weigh 200 pounds, you should drink at least 100 oz of water each day.

After years of little progress with traditional medicine, she pursued integrative medicine, applied what she learned, and got healthier. She became passionate about wanting others to experience the same "relief" she had come to know, and SupplementRelief.com was born. She is now managing her illness with a lot of prayer, a lot of nutrition/supplements, and a little prescription medicine. She has been able to resume her normal life and, while there is no cure for her particular conditions, she is able to cope, enjoy every day, and encourage others.
