I had always worked full time, took care of two boys, a husband, a house and all that went with it. I had a lot on my mind. In 2010 my older son died and my younger son moved back to the town where I lived. My daughter-in-law began to tell me I ran a stop light or cut somebody off on the freeway. I was concerned then.
My daughter-in-law is a herbalist and she introduced me to NuMedica. She started me on a program to halt the progression of Alzheimers Syndrome and other medical issues. I was very weak and losing the ability to walk every morning as had been my custom. I had been to my general practitioner with a problem of fatigue for several years and had not been given an answer for my problem.
Three days before my next appointment, my daughter-in-law put me on NuMedica Total Vegan. Total Vegan is a better source of protein than regular food. By the day of my Doctor appointment, I was feeling much better. So much better I was telling the doctor about Total Vegan and she began to take notes so she could get some for her mother. My daily lunch is now a Total Vegan powder smoothie. I have a standing order for 2 containers of Total Vegan each month. I feel well and I am pain free. I am now 86 years old. I live with my son and his wife and they take care of the day to day living tasks. I take some care of my living space, my dog and my personal needs. I help with other small household tasks (fill or empty the dishwasher, etc). I handle my own business affairs. I do some meal preparation. I drive around town on back streets and do not run stop signs. I can drive to church and to do my volunteer work.
