  • 5 zucchini
  • olive oil
  • sea salt
  • 1 chopped red bell pepper
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1-2 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • pinch cayenne pepper

Directions


  1. 5 zucchini, spirooli or food processor, shredded, then marinate in olive oil and sea salt.
  2. Then add everything into food processor blend and enjoy!
