Ingredients
- 1-2 tablespoon chickpea or azuki bean miso paste
- 1 tablespoon minced green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon dry thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger root
- 1/2 grated carrot
- 1/3 grated zucchini
- 2-3 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup frozen green peas
Directions
- Get water hot in a pot or tea kettle (about 8-16 oz).
- Just before the water comes to a boil, put all of the ingredients into a big soup bowl, stir, eat, and enjoy.
