Ingredients


  • 1-2 tablespoon chickpea or azuki bean miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon minced green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger root
  • 1/2 grated carrot
  • 1/3 grated zucchini
  • 2-3 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup frozen green peas

Directions


  1. Get water hot in a pot or tea kettle (about 8-16 oz).
  2. Just before the water comes to a boil, put all of the ingredients into a big soup bowl, stir, eat, and enjoy.
