Ingredients


  • 1 pound raw cashew nuts Soaked for 4-8 hours then drain
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Himalayan pink salt
  • 3 tablespoons fresh fresh herbs
  • 1 clove fresh garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • pepper to taste

Directions


  1. Soak the raw nuts for at least 4-6 hours, then drain.
  2. Put the nuts in the blender, and cover completely with water.
  3. Blend on high until creamy, adding a bit more water as needed for desired consistency.
  4. Add herbs and pulse blender until well chopped.
  5. You can also add balsamic vinegar for a different flavor.
