  • 2 cup black beans

  • -3 cups cooked chicken
  • Tossed with 1 tsp of Cumin
  • 
1 cup shredded mexican Cheese (optional)
  • 
1-2 sliced avocado

  • 2-4 roma tomatoes
  • optional Pica Salsa

Directions


  1. Mix black beans, cooked chicken, and sliced veggies.
  2. Add pica salsa and Mexican cheese if desired.
