Pattern

Rest-Repair Coupling Strength

A recurring regulatory load in which the linkage between periods of rest and activation of repair processes is persistently recalibrated, altering coupling strength within the Restorative Repair & Replenishment system and requiring ongoing adaptive response.

This pattern describes what happens when the body adjusts how tightly rest is connected to repair. The relationship remains intact, but the strength of the link shifts.

Scope

In scope: regulatory coupling that coordinates restorative states with initiation of repair activity.

Out of scope: diseases, diagnoses, medical care, lab interpretation, or treatment claims.
