Pattern

Re-entrainment Completion Threshold

A recurring regulatory load in which the defended endpoint for completing circadian realignment is recalibrated, altering termination stability within the Circadian Re-entrainment system and requiring ongoing adaptive response.

This pattern describes what happens when the body resets the point at which it considers its timing fully adjusted. Re-entrainment still occurs, but the finish line shifts.

Scope

In scope: regulatory positioning of completion signals that conclude circadian adjustment.

Out of scope: diseases, diagnoses, medical care, lab interpretation, or treatment claims.
