Ingredients


  • 1 1/2 cups raw, soaked sunflower seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups raw, soaked pumpkin seeds
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh celery
  • 3 tablespoons dulse flakes
  • 1 lemon juice

  • salt to taste

Directions


  1. Start with garlic and mince in a food processor.
  2. Add celery and then the other ingredients.
  3. Mix until it forms a sticky spread.
  4. You can add water if needed, but do it in tiny amounts, trying to add as little as possible.
