And to think, you didn't think brownies could get any better...
I am a brownie junkie, just to confess. I really didn't know how traditional brownies could improve, then I met this recipe. This is a recipe that seems too good to be true until you try it for yourself, then tell me what you think!
- 2 cups pecan meal
- 2 cups dates pits removed
- 3/4 cup cacao powder Frosting
- 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
- 1/2 cup raw agave
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
For the Brownies: Blend the first 3 ingredients in a food processor. Add a tablespoon of water if needed. Press the mix into a dish. For the Frosting: Blend the last 3 ingredients in a food processor and spread on top of the brownies. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
