Raw Brownies

Raw Brownies are a rich, fudgy dessert made from clean, uncooked ingredients like dates, nuts, and cocoa. Naturally sweetened and full of fiber and antioxidants, they’re perfect for a guilt-free, indulgent treat that supports clean eating.

Ingredients


  • 2 cups pecan meal
  • 2 cups dates pits removed
  • 3/4 cup cacao powder Frosting
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 cup raw agave
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder

Directions


  1. For the Brownies: Blend the first 3 ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Add a tablespoon of water if needed.
  3. Press the mix into a dish.
  4. For the Frosting: Blend the last 3 ingredients in a food processor and spread on top of the brownies.
  5. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
