Ingredients
- 130 g unsweetened peanut butter
- 80 g maple syrup
- 20 grams of coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
- 60 g puffed quinoa and/or spelt
- 100 g dark, sugar-free chocolate
Directions
- Heat peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract and salt over a low heat. Stir well.
- Add the puffed quinoa and spread mixture in a 20x20cm mold. Refrigerate to set.
- Decorate with melted chocolate or your favorite toppings!
