Quinoa Peanut Crunch Bars are high-protein, crunchy bars made with clean ingredients like puffed quinoa, natural peanut butter, and a touch of honey. They deliver sustained energy and satisfying texture for snacks, post-workout recovery, or lunchbox treats.

Ingredients


  • 130 g unsweetened peanut butter
  • 80 g maple syrup
  • 20 grams of coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 60 g puffed quinoa and/or spelt
  • 100 g dark, sugar-free chocolate

Directions


  1. Heat peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract and salt over a low heat. Stir well.
  2. Add the puffed quinoa and spread mixture in a 20x20cm mold. Refrigerate to set.
  3. Decorate with melted chocolate or your favorite toppings!
