No Sugar Added Banana Bread

Ingredients


  • 2 1/2 large and over-ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 cups flour

Directions


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Blend bananas, eggs, and butter.
  3. Mix with all other ingredients and bake in loaf pan for 40 minutes.
  4. Let cool on wire rack for 5 minutes.
  5. If the bread is not sweet enough, you can add up to 1/2 cup of honey as you transition to no sugar.

Makes 1 loaf.
