Ingredients
- 8-12 Quartered and boiled fingerling Potatoes
- 1/2 cup Organic slated butter
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
- Boil potatoes.
- Drain and return potatoes to warm pot.
- Lightly toss rest of ingredients.
