  • 8-12 Quartered and boiled fingerling Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Organic slated butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

  • 3 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Directions


  1. Boil potatoes.
  2. Drain and return potatoes to warm pot.
  3. Lightly toss rest of ingredients.
