Homemade Applesauce

Ingredients


  • 8-10 apples, cored and chopped apples
  • 1-2 cup water enough to cover
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions


  1. In a saucepan, combine apples and water.
  2. Cover, and cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, or until apples are soft.
  3. Allow to cool, blend for smooth texture, mash with potato masher for chunky style.
  4. Top with cinnamon, serve warm or cold.
