Homemade Applesauce

Ingredients
- 8-10 apples, cored and chopped apples
- 1-2 cup water enough to cover
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions
- In a saucepan, combine apples and water.
- Cover, and cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, or until apples are soft.
- Allow to cool, blend for smooth texture, mash with potato masher for chunky style.
- Top with cinnamon, serve warm or cold.
