Ingredients


  • 1 pear, peach or apple, pitted/cored and chopped
  • 1 clove garlic chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup safflower oil

Directions


  1. Puree the fruit, garlic, vinegar, and sea salt.
  2. Add safflower oil, blend until smooth.
  3. Store in refrigerator.
  4. Use on your favorite fruits or mixed greens.
