Pattern

Energy Sufficiency Perception Alignment

A recurring regulatory load in which external cues reshape how energy adequacy is interpreted, altering perceptual alignment within the Appetite & Satiety Signaling system and requiring ongoing adaptive response.

This pattern describes what happens when the body's sense of having eaten enough no longer closely matches its actual energy needs. Intake decisions become more influenced by context than by internal regulation.

Scope

In scope: perceptual regulation of energy sufficiency and the alignment between internal signaling and intake behavior.

Out of scope: diseases, diagnoses, medical care, lab interpretation, or treatment claims.
