Directions


  1. Fill shallow pan 2/3 of the way full.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to a gentle simmer.
  4. Crack 1-4 eggs into a shallow dish, then pour into the water.
  5. Cook eggs for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Then remove eggs with slotted spoon.
