Ingredients


  • 3 mashed bananas
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups spelt flour or gluten free flour blend
  • 1/2 cup sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or coconut sugar)
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions


  1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix all other ingredients together, making sure to mash bananas completely.
  3. Add dry ingredients, stir together, scoop in muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
