Ingredients
- 3 mashed bananas
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups spelt flour or gluten free flour blend
- 1/2 cup sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or coconut sugar)
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- Mix all other ingredients together, making sure to mash bananas completely.
- Add dry ingredients, stir together, scoop in muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
