Ingredients


  • 1 head butter lettuce
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 apple chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried sweet cherries
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped fine
  • 1/4 cup sweet onion very thinly sliced

Directions


  1. Toss all ingredients into a big bowl and drizzle with a tablespoon of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon raw honey and 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, sea salt and pepper to taste.
