Ingredients
- 1 head butter lettuce
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 apple chopped
- 1/4 cup dried sweet cherries
- 2 celery stalks, chopped fine
- 1/4 cup sweet onion very thinly sliced
Directions
- Toss all ingredients into a big bowl and drizzle with a tablespoon of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon raw honey and 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, sea salt and pepper to taste.
