Ingredients


  • 4 ripe and soft avocados peeled & pitted
  • 1 cup packed soft dates
  • 2-3 tablespoons raw cacao powder (or carob powder)
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil

Directions


  1. Using a food processor, blend the ingredients until super smooth.
  2. For pie filling, add 1/2 cup of coconut oil.
  3. Chill for at least one hour, and serve topped with fresh berries.
