- 1 handful soaked in pure water arame sea vegetable
- 1-2 shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped finely green onions
- 1 tablespoon fresh, grated ginger root
- 1 clove finely minced or pressed garlic
- handful minced cilantro
- 2 tablespoons coconut aminos or tamari 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1/2 lemon juice
