Ingredients


  • 130 g rolled oats (1 cup)
  • 300 ml plant drink (1 cup ex. soy milk)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • Mixed berries
  • Sugar free chocolate drop

Directions


  1. Blend the oatmeal, plant drink and banana until smooth.
  2. Pour the batter into the pan and garnish with your favorite toppings (berries, chocolate, etc).
  3. Bake the baked oats in a preheated oven at 360 degrees for about 25 minutes
