This Order Policy defines the terms and procedures governing payment processing, shipping, delivery, cancellations, returns, and refunds for purchases made through SupplementRelief.com.
Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Payments are processed by Authorize.net.
Payment card information is not stored by SupplementRelief.com. Customers are not enrolled in recurring billing programs without explicit authorization.
Transaction descriptors on billing statements appear as "SupplementRelief.com" with the associated customer service telephone number.
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Responsibility for accurate address entry rests with the purchaser. Once a shipment is marked delivered by the carrier, SupplementRelief.com is not responsible for loss or theft at the delivery location.
Order dispatch timing is determined by warehouse processing schedules. Transit time is controlled by the selected carrier and service level.
A shipment confirmation containing carrier tracking information is issued when the order leaves the fulfillment facility.
International shipping charges vary by weight and destination. Additional charges, if applicable, require purchaser authorization prior to shipment.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are assessed by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the purchase price.
Certain probiotic products are shipped with cold packs. Cold packs may arrive partially thawed and products may not be cold at the time of delivery.
Orders requiring cold-pack shipping placed between Thursday and Sunday are dispatched the following Monday.
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.
Orders that have entered the shipping process are subject to the Returns and Refunds provisions below.
Requests to modify an order must be submitted before shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply if changes are processed after fulfillment has begun.
Claims for damaged, incorrect, or unusable items must be submitted within five business days of delivery.
Returns require prior authorization. Authorization includes return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after receipt and inspection of returned merchandise.
