  About 10 years ago I was a First Fitness Director. I haven't used Reneu' in years but I have need of it now. I'm glad I remembered how awesome it is!

  I've struggled with irregularity all my life. Nothing ever helped except harsh laxatives and then you had to stay near a bathroom. I tried these and have used them about a year. I take 1 in the morning and 1 at night and it works great. No cramping or running to the bathroom.
