Cinnamon Sweet Potatoes

These sweet potatoes are a great addition to a Thanksgiving meal!
Even people who hate sweet potatoes love these! When I serve them I challenge everyone to try at least one bite, and most come back for more. Sometimes, we even eat these for dessert- think sweet potato pie without the crust!
- 4 sweet potatoes
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/8 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon allspice
- 3 tablespoons honey
Peel then boil sweet potatoes. Mash while hot and mix with other ingredients. Serve warm on it's own.
